Returns & Exchanges

At Mason Garments, we strive for perfection in every pair, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 14 days of receipt. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition with all security tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and choose your preferred resolution.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original Mason Garments shoebox and secure them inside a sturdy shipping carton to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and attach it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old delivery labels are fully covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package at any authorized carrier drop-off point and keep your receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
